Meet the Sales Team

Chris Woodbury  

Chris Woodbury

President

Chris was born in upstate New York and in 1968, at age 12, his family moved to California.  Chris graduated from California State Long Beach in 1980 with a degree in Business Administration. He first worked with Union Oil of California out of college and later joined Process Equipment Company in December of 1982.  Chris started as Inside Sales in Northern California and was soon assigned to the Outside Sales team for the next three years, developing the Northern California territory.  In 1987 Chris moved back to Southern California and worked to develop both his sales territory and the line of products Process Equipment Company represented.  In 1992, Chris became the Sales Manager for Process Equipment Company and soon after in 1996, Chris and his brother Andy started the process of acquiring Process Equipment Company and continued in the position of Vice President of Sales.  In 2002, Chris was made President of Process Equipment Company.  Today, Chris and Andy are full owners of Process Equipment Company and enjoy a well developed team, dedicated to customer satisfaction, internal improvement, and continued growth both professionally and personally.  Chris enjoys all that California has to offer including the locations, weather, beaches and mountains and on his spare time, he enjoys bicycling, walks, half marathons, and cooking.

Andy Woodbury

Andy Woodbury started with Process Equipment in 1983 as a Sales Representative in the Bakersfield office.  Since then, his responsibilities have included territorial sales, Bakersfield branch manager, Vice President of Operations and co-partner in the company with brother Chris Woodbury.  Prior to joining Process Equipment Company, Andy spent 5 years working as a territorial sales representative for a Goulds Pump distributor in Odessa, Texas, and 10 years working for Goulds Pumps in various positions at both the City of Industry, California, and Lubbock, Texas facilities.  Andy has been married to his wife Sue for 30 years, has 4 children and 7 grand-children.  On his off-time, Andy enjoys travel, golf, hunting, and fishing.

Dermot Cullen  

Dermot Cullen

Outside Sales

Dermot Cullen has been with Process Equipment Company for over 20 years.  Prior to joining, he spent 7 years with ITT Goulds, Los Angeles Sales.  Dermot is responsible for the industrial market place in the greater Los Angeles area and the Imperial Valley, with a focus on the oil and geothermal markets.  Dermot obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology, Majoring in Aviation, from the California State University, Los Angeles.  He has been married for 30 years with 3 children and is an avid fisherman.  Dermot also enjoys hunting, baseball and a day at the track.

Tyler Thornstrom  

Tyler Thornstrom

Outside Sales

Tyler Thornstrom has been with Process Equipment Company since April of 2011.  He began working in inside sales and quickly transitioned to Outside Sales Engineer after about a year.  Tyler has spent the last couple years building on relationships with established and new customers, while at the same time successfully commissioning projects throughout his territory, for the various industrial products that Process Equipment Company represents.  Prior to joining Process Equipment Company, he worked in Burbank, California, as a Mechanical Design Engineer for an aerospace company for three years.  He graduated in 2007 from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Devon Greer  

Devon Greer

Outside Sales

Devon Greer is one of the Outside Sales Engineers for Northern California.  He has worked for Process Equipment Company since September 2012 in various capacities including inside sales, marketing and business development. Devon’s most recent role is focused on rebuilding relationships in the Northern California territory.  He is implementing strategies to grow Process Equipment Company’s presence in the Northern California chemical and industrial businesses, and engineering firms, as well as assisting in the development of our new website.  Devon has a bachelor’s of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.

Jake Arriola  

Jake Arriola

Outside Sales

Jake Arriola has been working with Process Equipment Company since November 2013 and continues to expand his familiarity for the industry.  Jake is Outside Sales for San Diego and the High Desert Territories.  This includes San Bernardino County, Riverside County, San Diego County and specialty markets reaching into other counties.  He completed his college studies at the University of Arizona to immediately begin his career in San Diego.  Jake is an asset to the Process Equipment Company sales team whose contributions allow him to grow relationships with specialty markets including chemical and industrial businesses, food and beverage production, government commerce, and the entertainment industry.

Hector Huert  

Hector Huerta

Inside Sales

Hector Huerta has been with Process Equipment Company since April 2001.  Hector works directly for the company president, Chris Woodbury, acting as liaison between the him and the accounting, parts, and order entry departments.  In addition, Hector acts as Process Equipment Company's contract administrator, reviewing contracts and proposals for Capital Projects in the Industrial and Municipal markets.  Prior to joining Process Equipment Company, Hector worked with various companies involved in Industrial and Municipal Sales and Distribution, including Frederick Pump, PACO Pumps, MAYCO Pump, and Multiquip.  Hector holds a degree in Small Business Administration. 

John Lopez  

John Lopez

Inside Sales

John Lopez has been with Process Equipment Company since January of 2009.  His main role as an Inside Sales Representative is handling day-to-day customer service inquiries and assisting Outside Salesmen with proposals, order entry and project follow-ups.  Prior to joining Process Equipment Company, John worked with various companies involved in Idustrial Sales and Distribution.  John served in the United States Marines for four years and received his AA Degree from Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California.

David Bernal  

Dave Bernal

Parts & Service Coordinator

David Bernal started with Process Equipment Company in January of 2013 as a Parts and Service Coordinator.  After spending six years in the United States Air Force, Dave spent 20 years in the Industrial Maintenance and Automation field.  His current role includes fostering and encouraging growth of existing customer relationships and identifing new growth opportunities.  Dave is an avid hunter and enjoys music and computer gaming.  Dave has a degree in Industrial Electronics and Metal Fabrication.

Miecoe James

Parts & Service Coordinator

Miecoe James has been with Process Equipment Company since March 2010.  Prior to becoming a parts coordinator, Miecoe began working with Process Equipment Company as a shipping and receiving manager and pump mechanic assistant.  Miecoe has spent the last couple of years with Process Equipment Company as a parts and service coordinator, and his roles include direct contact with customers regarding sales for parts and service, providing accurate parts and service information to customers, and maintaining great relationships with customers ensuring that all request are handled in a timely manner.  Miecoe’s hobbies include fishing, horseback riding, jogging and bike riding.  Miecoe received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from California State University, Bakersfield.
